Closetly Privacy Policy

Closetly ("we", "our", or "us") provides an AI-powered virtual try-on experience. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Closetly you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Photos you provide. Images you upload to create your model/avatar or to add clothing to your wardrobe. These are used to generate virtual try-on images.
• Account information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. We never see your Apple password.
• Wardrobe & usage data. The clothing items, collections, and try-on results you create, plus basic, non-identifying usage and diagnostic data to keep the app working.

We do not collect your contacts, precise location history, or browsing activity outside the app. Weather-based suggestions use only your approximate location at the moment you request them, and it is not stored.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate virtual try-on images and avatars from the photos you provide.
• To save your wardrobe, collections, and preferences.
• To operate subscriptions and apply your try-on allowance.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

3. AI Processing & Third Parties

To create try-on images, the photos you submit are sent securely to our AI provider, Google (Gemini API), solely to generate your result, and to Apple for sign-in and payments. We use these providers only to deliver the service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Your photos, wardrobe, and results are stored on our private server so the app can show them to you. We keep them while your account is active. You can delete individual items at any time, and you can request deletion of your entire account and associated data (see Section 6).

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with the service providers named above, and only as required to operate the app or to comply with the law.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You can view and delete your wardrobe items and collections inside the app. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at akbaralixasanov2000@gmail.com and we will process your request promptly. Depending on your region, you may also have rights to access, correct, or export your data.

7. Children's Privacy

Closetly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. You should only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by an in-app notice.
