Closetly Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Closetly app. By downloading or using Closetly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Closetly on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA and these Terms.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier. New users receive a limited number of complimentary AI try-ons. After they are used, a Closetly PRO subscription is required for further try-ons.
• Closetly PRO. Offered as an auto-renewable subscription: Monthly ($12.99) or Yearly ($99.99). The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. PRO includes up to 20 AI try-ons per month, plus unlimited outfits and collections.
• Auto-renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• Free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Manage or cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings. Prices may vary by region and are confirmed before purchase.

3. AI-Generated Content

Closetly uses AI to generate virtual try-on images. Results are simulations and may not accurately reflect real-world fit, color, size, or appearance. They are provided for inspiration only and should not be relied upon for purchasing decisions. You retain rights to the photos you upload; by uploading, you grant us the limited right to process them to provide the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload photos of other people without their consent; upload illegal, explicit, hateful, or infringing content; attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; or use the app for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its catalog content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
